Study visits

Study visits are for senior education professionals and (local and national) government officers who wish to extend their experience into Beijing. Each programme has a different theme, for example different styles of leadership and management and is facilitated by an expert professional.

Participants on the study tours have found visiting institutions in Beijing highly stimulating and this has often led to a review and reform of their own practice.

It has also helped support modernising the curriculum in relation to China and other countries.

Both delegations from London and from Beijing start thoughtful and provoking comparative discussions, which often lead back to questions about culture and purpose.
